For over 30 years, Polymedic has been designing and manufacturing innovative and quality Laundry Trolleys, Kitchen Trolleys, General Purpose Trolleys, Shower Chairs, the Designer Grab rail and the world acclaimed Walkabout walking aid for paraplegics.
We are proudly Australian owned and all of our products are manufactured in Australia. This allows us to be assessable and relevant to our customers. In fact, we actively work with our customers to provide effective care solutions for their Facilities.
Polymedic stands behind all our products and they all carry warranty protection:
- Frame and castors have a 3 year warranty
- Consumables have a 1 year warranty
Built with Workplace Health & Safety front of mind all of our Trolleys and Shower Chairs are easy to push and manoeuvre, and are lightweight and strong. This reduces the opportunity for damage to the Carers, the Residents and the Facility.
Because the fittings we use are extruded from our own tooling, we can choose the materials that best suit their intended purpose. For example, tough Nylon composite fittings (which are only manufactured by Polymedic for our customers) are used on all Shower Chairs and any Trolleys that carry reasonable weight loads. The materials used in the construction of our products are Hospital Grade and Lead Free, ensuring the safest possible product for your Facility.
Our Product Design Team can customise any of our Trolley products to suit the exact needs of your Facility. Many of our Customised Trolleys have become part of our exciting product range.
Polymedic is quality assured to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008. Our registration number is 1848 and all of our chairs are TGA registered. Commitment to quality is attested to by our loyal customer base and the quality products which we manufacture.
